Bob Nathan

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Bob Nathan discovered Arizona’s desert beauty and lifestyle while attending Arizona State University. He graduated in 1978 choosing to stay in Arizona. Having been though the process of discovering all the reasons why this was a great place to live, he decided to pursue a career in real estate and to assist those who would make the same discovery. More than a property expert, Bob is a lifestyle specialist.

In 1978, Bob joined his brother Nate, who had started his own land brokerage firm, Nathan & Associates. After eighteen years, they joined forces with DMB and created a new company DMB Realty. The new firm for which Bob had daily management responsibilities was created to oversee the custom home site sales at DMB’s flagship community, DC Ranch.

Bob was the Designated Broker with DMB Realty and managed the sales team in a successful program of over 250 custom home sites.

In 2004, he established RH Nathan & Company, allowing him to utilize his expertise within DC Ranch and Silverleaf as well as the surrounding communities. Four years later, he joined Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty and quickly became one of the company's top producing agents.

Bob joined Engel & Völkers in 2014. He chose the exclusive boutique luxury firm, to enhance his offerings and expand his network internationally and to surrounded himself with professionals who have the same passion for their profession as he does. DC Ranch and Silverleaf served as his foundation where selling the vision of an incredible development was a privilege. For those clients who choose not to look elsewhere, his affiliation with Engel & Völkers allows Bob to serve those clients more completely.

Bob has lived in six homes in DC Ranch and has built a total of five custom homes. “My passion and experience for building homes flows into my work,” he says. “I love standing on a lot and visualizing what could be built there.” This is what makes Bob Nathan a success story. He does what he loves and it just happens to be his job.
